reservation guidelines
Ahoy, mateys! Follow these instructions for a smooth reservation:
1. We aim to seat all shipmates at their reserved time, but it is not guaranteed as we do not rush our guests
2. The entire crew must be present within 5 minutes of the reserved time, or the reservation will become a call-ahead, placing you at the top of the waiting list
3. During stormy weather, all reservations are canceled due to limited indoor seating
4. Complete all dropdown menu fields accurately. Your reservation is for what you selected, and areas have age restrictions. If you choose the wrong area, you will be put on the waitlist as a walk-in
5. Please include special requests for highchairs and booster seats
6. Specific seating or server requests outside of the system may not be honored
7. We do not reserve tables specifically near the playground. Reservations for this area will be in the Kids Playground area in general
